Studio Policies
We want your experience to be smooth, safe, and enjoyable. Please review our policies before your session:
• Grip Socks Required
For your safety and hygiene, grip socks must be worn in all classes.
• Liability Waiver
All clients must read and sign our liability waiver before participating in any session. We will provide a copy for you to sign upon your first session, and it is linked here for your convenience.
• Session Length
All sessions are 50 minutes long.
• Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes early, especially for your first visit, to complete paperwork and get settled.
• Cancellation Policy
• Private Sessions: 24 hours’ notice required to avoid being charged.
• Group Classes: 12 hours’ notice required to avoid being charged.
This is to respect the instructor’s time and schedule. If late cancellation occurs, invoice will be sent to your email.
• Payment
Payment is required before your session to reserve your spot. We accept credit card, Apple Pay, check, or exact cash.
• Refunds and Returns
No refunds are offered for Pilates sessions. Returns for apparel are offered for 30 days after purchase and must be in new condition.
• Late Arrivals
To respect everyone’s time, sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
• Attire
Proper athletic attire is required in class. Please avoid loosely fitting clothing and clothing with zippers for your safety and to protect the equipment.
• Jewelry
Please do not wear jewelry such as rings, bracelets, or long earrings during sessions to protect studio equipment. The sharpness of jewelry can damage upholstery.
• Food and Drinks
Food and drinks are allowed in the sitting areas only. Water is allowed by the equipment.
• Health & Safety
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or surgeries so we can adjust exercises safely. For your safety, NEW clients in 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy can participate ONLY with written referral from previous Pilates instructor. Doctors’s note may be requested if a client has an injury or condition concerning to the instructor.
• Respectful Language and Behavior
To maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all clients and instructor, we require respectful language and behavior at all times. Any discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive language may result in being asked to leave the session or studio.
• Right to Refuse Service
For the safety and well-being of all clients, we reserve the right to decline participation to anyone we reasonably determine may be physically or mentally unfit for Pilates. This decision will always be made using our best professional judgment and with your safety as our top priority.
• Phones
Please silence your phone to keep the studio space calm and focused. Please ask instructor’s permission before taking photos or videos, and avoid photographing others in the studio.
